    A: Techsystems’ main focus and expertise is in best-in-class technology and mission-critical systems.This also reflects on our mission statement which is enabling next gen technologies for our customers
  • Q: What is the legal status of Techsystems?

    A: Techsystems International is a private limited liability company incorporated as per Company’s Ordnance of Pakistan. Our shares are privately held and not traded in the stock exchange. We are registered with all relevant tax andGov authorities to do business in Pakistan.
  • Q: Does Techsystems provide loans, engages in microfinance business or offer investment products inits Digital Finance Segment?

    A: No Techsystems is not a bank or provides microfinance or investment products to its customer. We do not have a NBFC (Non-BankingFinance Company) license issued by State Bank of Pakistan.
  • Q: Is export license required for products&systems being offered by Techsystems.

    A: Most of the products & systems in our portfolio are not COTS (commercial off the shelve)technology. Majority require an export license and Gov approvals from the exporting countries. We strongly believe in export compliance and requireour customers to comply. (not applicable to Digital Finance Segment)
  • Q: Do Consultants of Techsystems work on all of its projects?

    A: No, our Consultants work on case-to-case basis, where their expertise is needed. They are independent Consultants and are not part of our decision-making process or corporate strategy.
  • Q: What to do if I do not find the product, system or service I am looking for?

  • Q: What are Techsystems payment terms?

    A: We usually require 50% advance payment from our customers for local executed orders. Different international trade finance tools such as LC (letter of Credit) or CAD (Cash Against Documents)is required by our international partners for order execution.
  • Q: Is local support available for international products and systems?

    A: Yes, we believe in product life cycle support. All sales are supported by required expertise either through our international partners or in-country for all our business segments.
  • Q: Does Techsystems sell services exclusively?

    A: Yes, providing professional services, technical services and specialized training is part of our product offering. In fact, some of our international only offer specialized trainings internationally. Please see details STS segment on our website.
  • Q: What does Techsystem Intl logo represent?

    A: The upper part of the logo depicts both T and S as in Techsystems and the lower part depicts I for International. The three circles in the logo represent three integral part and focus areas of our business which are Customer / Client, Products / Systems and Our Partners.
